Pickup day is Saturday June 20th from 9:30 to 2:30 or by appointment (text me please) on Friday June 19th. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements by end of day 6/20 will result in ...view moreforfeiting the items with no refund. No access to the house after 6/20. No stairs to navigate for large indoor items. PLEASE bring assistance for large items. We are not able to help with moving or loading. Pickup is near 1st and Wadsworth. Pet friendly, non smoking home. Sales are final and items are sold in as-is condition. We do our best to photograph and describe any noted imperfections. The absence of photos or notations describing imperfections does not indicate the items are in perfect condition. Please inspect your item before leaving the pick-up location and bring any discrepancies to our attention at that time as there are no refunds at a later date. Electricity is available at pickup for inspection of electronics. We will do our best to answer questions on a particular item before the auction closing day or arrange for an in-person inspection if requested. Limited shipping is available on a select few items. We use USPS flat rate boxes. The fee is the actual USPS rate plus $10 handling. Shipping must be paid in advance by VENMO, Zelle or cashier's check only before the item is shipped. Insurance will be added to any item over $100 and the cost added to the total. The packaging process is videotaped as a security measure.
