All items should be considered used or pre-owned unless stated otherwise. As all items are used and/or pre-owned and sold on commission, Ridgeways Estate Sales may only have limited knowledge of the condition of items sold, and therefore is not liable for injuries or accidents sustained from use of an item after purchase. Buyers must consent to these terms prior to bidding.

IN PERSON PICKUP: Buyers shall not enter the pickup location outside the designated time frame. Please park in the street during pickup. If picking up larger furniture items, please check in with the auction host prior to driving onto the property. Please bring a photo ID, printed invoice, or phone with emailed invoice to show proof of purchase during pickup.

SHIPPING: Most items are available for shipping. Shipping cost will vary by item. Prior to the in person pick up date, buyers should inform Ridgeways Estate Sales that the won items should be shipped and provide a shipping address. All items will be sent via USPS with tracking and insurance. Tracking information shall be provided to the buyer. Ridgeways Estate Sales does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All claims must be handled directly with USPS.
