Absolute horrible experience. The items won were a doll and a toy car for $200. Their ups store wanted $310 to ship them, which I cannot afford to pay. So I lost the $200 in the sale because the thrift store, whom got the doll and toy car for free, don't do refunds. They could've given me a partial refund, but not a single penny was given. They are not pleasant and neither is their ups store whom slammed the phone in my ear when I said, I can't pay $310 for shipping. Buyer beware!

First time buyer from RTS. Absolutely great experience! Pick up was a breeze! Staff was very friendly and encouraged us to take a look around the store. So glad we did! Will definitely be buying from them again!
