Worst pick up so far. After an hour and a half drive for a designated timeframe per the auction invoice, the storefront was closed. Luckily other winners came for their items and saw a woman inside said designated pickup but locked storefront. After knocking, the woman came to the door and indicated it was not an auction day. No kidding...it is a pickup day... With me losing it, we showed her the paperwork, and she did go back to contact whomever. I did get my items after a while, but I do not think that I would have if the women were not in the store. Also, one cellphone listed on the paperwork was not working and the other seemed to be an inactive number as well. It is too bad that the responsiveness was so poor as well as the accurate pickup information. I did like what I bought but would not feel that they care about satisfactorily meeting their listed items, in my case, pickup place and times. Thus far no apology from anyone involved in this snafu. It's a shame that is also something they do not do.
