Thank you for participating in our latest online auction. Please be sure to read this entire email to ensure you receive all pertinent information regarding payment and pick up instructions.
All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. All items are sold as is. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. We will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. Please go to the Auction Ninja home page and read the "Marketplace Terms of Use and Conditions" section. This will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have.
Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. Packing, moving & transporting of your items will not be provided at pickup.
No exceptions - items not picked up during pick up hours or will be forfeited with no refunds. We do not ship items.
Masks must be worn by all bidders picking up items unless you are vaccinated. To keep everyone safe please maintain 6 feet of distance between you and others.
PAYMENT: As per our terms of service, your total invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer’s premiums and all applicable sales tax for the items you won.
RESALE CERTIFICATES: All resale certificates must be sent via email or presented in person to receive credit for taxes paid. We will place this information on file and all future purchases will be tax exempt until the certificate expires.
We do our best to make the pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.
