We charge 1 shipping charge per auction invoice for all items you win in the auction. The shipping charge is the cost of postage and insurance, plus ...view more$4 dollars for materials and handling. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the auction for your invoice, and a second time 3-5 days later for your shipping charge.
We need your email (Auction Ninja doesn't share it with us) to send your tracking info for your package. If we have your email address, you will receive this automatically from the shipping software when your label is printed. Your tracking email will be sent approximately 7 business days after the close of the auction, and may be routed to your spam folder.

We can combine invoices from auctions that end close together into one shipment but must receive an email at the close of the first auction, so we know to hold your items. This is not necessary for auctions ending 1 day apart.

PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice totaling more than $250.00 will require a copy of your driver's license to be emailed to us at retroroadshowauctions@gmail.com.

IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT, you must have your form on file through the Auction Ninja website. Auction Ninja does not allow tax exemption without that process being complete.

In the case where shipping charges are not paid, your items will be forfeited after 28 days. It will be your obligation to contact us in email to arrange shipment.

Although the auction company makes every attempt to ensure that all items are authentic and that all photographs and descriptions are accurate and error free, no sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in the description or photo provided. If the item is described as silver or gold, the item is either marked as such, acid tested, electronically tested, or XRF tested. We cannot guarantee stone origination- lab created, enhanced or otherwise.
