Please bring your own manpower for loading furniture and heavy items, and bring your own packing materials. Please note, all buyers are responsible for removing purchased items during pick up time.

All items are sold as is, where is. We do our best to describe each lot accurately because we want you to know what you are bidding on. If we are aware of damage we will note in description or pictures. If something is not included in a picture or in the description, it does not come with the item. Please look at the pictures carefully! If an item is not noted as tested, it has not been tested and we can't guarantee it works.
