Sonal, you purchased this over a year ago and you did so without making sure your items were shippable. I reached out to you 2 days after auction close to discuss shipping since some of your items would need to be taken to a third party shipper. I texted and called and you never responded. You never called, emailed, or texted me asking about your items. They sat in my office for 10 months and I never heard from you. I don't understand why you would do nothing to inquire about your items or follow up and then decide to write a bad review almost a year later? I'm sorry you never got your items but you did not give us a chance to ship them to you. We have many repeat shipping customers because we ship in a timely manner when the buyer is responsive.
