My item was as described. I followed all the instructions and rules for shipping.
It still took weeks of inquiry to finally get my item shipped. Apologies aside, I feel that I should only have been charged for the actual cost of shipping. Beware.

Difficulty communicating with seller, shipping cost too high, never received item. Requesting refund will update.

I had bid $300 after someone had bid $210 but then I tried to lower my bid to $220.00 but the system wouldn't let me. I contacted the auction owner but my last messages today and yesterday were not answered. I wan to have the bid price lowered and the invoice credited for the difference.

Provenance is professional from accurate listing of their offerings through pickup. Their Sugar Hollow location is convenient just off I84 close to the Danbury Mall. Thank you!

Transaction completed as expected. There was not enough help to efficiently have buyers pickup their items. Buyers getting one or two items were made to wait behind the first two buyers with larger, multiple lots

Asking me to put a mask on while I'm standing OUTSIDE in the rain, more than six feet away is ridiculous. After I was asked to put it on I apologized and quickly reached for my mask and said I didn't realize I was going inside but the person at the door rudely responded "you're not but we're talking aren't we?" Why so rude? I have no problem with masks but if I'm standing outside in the rain with two tables between us and still going to require a mask at least be nice about it.

Provenance Auctions
We have a very clear mask policy, stated on both our auction page as well as signs at our pick-up location(s). We are truly concerned and care about our health and others - and yes, people who are vaccinated can still catch and spread covid. Some can even get seriously ill and/or die from it. No one likes wearing masks, but it’s our job as humans to look out for each other. There are two types of people that show up without a mask for pickups, those that innocently forget and are truly apologetic, and those that feel that 30 seconds of wearing a mask 4-6 feet away from others is somehow a violation of their constitutional right to infect and potentially kill people. When we ask these people to wear a mask, they always make a stink… a gesture and/or challenging comment. This woman was asked politely to please wear a mask (by one of the nicest people ever created), and her response was to roll her eyes and make a comment about being outside and not needing one. It’s our requirement and non-negotiable. So we basically got a not-so-great review for asking people to care for others.
