Poor communication by seller - wrong address posted for pickup - no corrective measures to alert customers! Pick up was also during a snow storm with no alternative dates .

Extremely long wait for shpping--and then not all material was sent according to description.

This vacuum is definitely used a lot. It's VERY dirty and as yet to come into my house due to the fine dust I cant seem to get rid of and it smells. I might bring it to goodwill. It's VERY important sellers test products and not for nothing have both female and males look at the items be sauce women see more details than men do IMO. Lesson for me, as well not to buy things like this...
