The seller did not mention that the entire inside lining was ripped. If you aren't going to describe the condition, make sure the photos are actually representative of the item's condition.

My receipt/invoice clearly stated "WE DO NOT SHIP" and provided a pick up address, which is 70 minutes from where I live. I drove there, paid 2 tolls, called for communication and pick up accuracy--no one picked up or replied to texts--I get to the site, which is not well-marked AT ALL, and they tell me they shipped my merchandise???? The actual pick-up site was, a pig-sty. Very disorganized, smelled terrible. Dusty. Just wow.
Wasted over 2 hours driving and paid 4 tolls total. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION.

Unfortunately, I have to inform anyone using this seller to beware of shipping items. I purchased a lovely piece of artwork, that was framed in glass. It was wrapped by the seller in one piece of cardboard and one flimsy piece of bubble wrap, and then padded with paper in the box. The glass broke in shipping - predictably -since so not securely and properly wrapped. UPS claim has been filed and UPS informed me to work with the seller on refund since they paid for the shipping (then invoiced me). The seller has gone dark in responding to me or UPS. Will never deal with again. Such a scam.

I made a good faith bid on an "untested Movado watch." When I picked it up, I mentioned that the watch was light and may not be a real Movado. One of the ladies said, "I don't know anything about that." Upon closer examination, I confirmed my suspicion that the watch is a cheap knock off. In addition to the lack of any weight, the markings on the rear of the watch and the lack of markings on the quartz movement inside the watch confirmed my suspicions. The auction description did not accurately describe the watch and therefore, I hope the seller allows me to return the watch for a refund to be able to continue doing business in the future.

Descriptions for items are either missing or inaccurate and don't reflect the condition, flaws, damage of the item. I was shocked when an item described as porcelain turned out to be plastic. 21 of the many items I purchased (total over $1k) were clocks and I was a bit apprehensive to learn that they had chosen to move them to their Parlin location on their own for pick-up. More agonizing was the condition I found them when I went to pick them up - stacked on top of one another without any paper or protection, many of the items put into bags the same way. 5 clocks in one plastic tub. Everything laying out in the hallway of their offices without much care. I'll never know if some of the nicks, dents and scratches to my clocks were from this sudden move. Not very professional or with much consideration to a buyer's things.

I bought an item that was listed as original, but its not. This was 100% fake.

I thought I was purchasing a complete set of cards. The listing was: 1989 Topps Baseball Card Box. And showed a picture of the 792 card box. It did come in the box, and I believe there were close to that number of cards. But key cards, like the one I was looking for, Ken Griffey Jr, were missing. Not kosher. Won't buy from them again.
