Any items not picked up during these times will be considered forfeited regardless of payment ...view moreunless you made prior arrangements with us.All items that have not adhered to these guidelines will be relisted at a future sale .-If you checked out with shipping we will charge the card on file.We ship all small and medium size items inhouse.Larger items will be outsourced to the UPS store in Ridgewood 201-921-6600-You have 14 days to make arrangements from the day the auction closed.We do all drop offs to the ups store free of charge once payment has been made. if not received within that time frame your items will be forfeited regardless of payment and be listed at a future sale-PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE CAN NOT STORE INVENTORY!!! If these guidelines are not achievable for you please refrain from bidding or please call us prior to auction end to make alternative plans. We understand that circumstances come up and we are here to accommodate if available.
Upon arrival you will be asked for last name and Your order will be retrieved, and you will be asked to sign your invoice upon your items being handed to you. We do not provide help moving or loading your vehicle. All orders of $500 or more will require a photo of your ID with your signature for confirmation and a photo taken with both by one of our staff members.
