Late 19th century Berlin (KPM) porcelain plague impressed on left back side "KPM" with scepter mark and inscribed "Konigin Louise, v. Richter", translates to "painted after Gustav Richter" (German, 1823-1884). Has original paper tags on back as seen-Overall size framed is 13.75" x 10.25" x 1.25".
Remains in very good overall antique condition
