All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged all to ask any questions prior to bidding. Unless otherwise marked in the description, most of the items listed are PRE-OWNED (antique, vintage, or contemporary). You should expect signs of wear consistent with age.

If you desire for your items to be shipped you must email pasttopresentestates@gmail.com, or text us within 48 hours of auction close with your full name, shipping address and email address. We will not ship any items without receiving this information. Failure to email or text us within the 48 hour window will result in item forfeit. Any shipping for this auction will be handled beginning Tuesday of the following week. Once items are packaged and the shipping label is produced you will be contacted to pay for the shipping. Items will not be shipped until the shipping is collected either over the phone or emailed invoice via Square. Please do not expect contact from our team prior to Tuesday. Items Not Picked Up By The Final Allotted Day or approved for shipping Will Be Considered Forfeited Without Refund To The Buyer. You must call or email us to notify our staff that you won an item that you require shipping for within 48 hours of auction end or items will be forfeited without refund to the buyer. No Exceptions! Any orders that do not fit in a USPS Priority Box measuring 12x12x10 will be sent to our third party shipping company, Please note that this will result in a higher shipping charge based on cost of materials, labor/handling and actual shipping. All orders are shipped fully insured. If you are unsure as to whether or not your order meets these guidelines please call us ahead to verify as shipping costs continue to increase and this service can become very costly.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is." Items measuring smaller than 12"x12"x10" will be shipped priority mail, fully insured within 24 hours of the shipping invoice paid. The shipping invoices will be sent out within 2 business days of the auction close date. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days, all items won will be considered forfeited with no refund. Any items not eligible for shipping will be stated so in the description of the item. Please read the description of the item prior to bidding. rnIf either invoice remains unpaid past the allotted time, your account will be blocked and inactivated.
