Shipping is available unless otherwise noted in the description. (Furniture, lamps, large framed items cannot be shipped). A $10 handling fee, per invoice, will be added to the shipping charges. All items sold as is and all sales are final. Please read descriptions carefully; effort has been made to accurately describe any wear or imperfections and any oversights in descriptions are unintentional. WE DO NOT ALLOW EARLY PICKUP, but do allow advanced scheduling of an alternative pickup time after December 13 for pick up no later than December 20, 2025. Failure to pick up by December 20 results in forfeiture of all items. Please call on or before December 13 to schedule the alternative pickup time. (So we don't have to call you at the end of the day on December 13. PLEASE DON'T MAKE US CALL YOU! thanks.)
