I bid/won on a printer that was listed as 'works great'.
When I got it home to connect to my computer - it doesn't connect. Went to the website to download drivers/software - it's an older model, no software available.
Contacted seller/Opus Estate Sales - which responded with a link to download software - which I had done previously.

I've emailed since 3xs with NO response. This is not the way this should be handled.
Disappointed and will not purchase again.
