Q) How quickly does my item ship?
A) Items start shipping the Monday following the close of the sale. If you haven't received tracking information by Wednesday, please check your email as we have likely tried contacting you. Or, please reach out to us at this point.

Q) Why are there 2 charges on my card?
A) We have to properly pack your items and charge the appropriate shipping once your invoice payment has cleared. We don't pack items until they are paid for. Additionally, if you are local and leave any items behind for us to dispose of there will be a $10 disposal fee. 

Q) What will my shipping cost be?
A) We strive to include all information available to us about the items(s) in the description. If you are thinking about bidding on lots you will need shipped please utilize the many platforms that calculate approximate shipping to familarize yourself with the ever increasing cost. Please keep in mind there is $5 handling fee per order (not per lot) If your order exceeds 2 boxes an extra $5 will be added. 

Q) What is chargeback fraud?
A) Chargeback fraud, also known as friendly fraud, occurs when a consumer makes an online shopping purchase with their own credit card, and then requests a chargeback from the issuing bank after receiving the purchased goods or services. A good example is when a cardholder rebuts the purchase after feeling 'buyer's remorse,' or when a cardholder contends the purchase after missing the return time limit. Another way is when a cardholder disputes the purchase simply because they don't want to pay the bill. Any order placed over $500 will be subject to a 7 day waiting period to prevent this occurance. 

Q) Why do I need to schedule an appointment?
A) We like to keep our local pickups flowing and have your order pulled for you, or at least partially, so that it speeds up the process for everyone. By scheduling an appointment you help to keep everyone's day moving forward. 



 

Internet Premium: 13%

Sales Tax : 6.7% - Sales tax applied to invoice total, including Internet Premium.

Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval

Payment Instructions:
-We will charge the card on file immediately following the close of the auction.

-If your Credit card is declined you will have until the following business day after the auction to make complete payment or we will submit a non paying bidder report to AuctionNinja.com and you will be blocked from further participation.

Currency Type: USD

Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING & HANDLING IS AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE unless otherwise stated in the lot description.
If you are local you can arrange for your items to be picked up at auction location by appointment on scheduled pickup day.

-All out of state purchases will automatically be prepared to ship unless shipping is listed as unavailable in our auction listing or description.

-All in-state purchases will be held for pick up unless shipping is requested.

-If you are unsubscribed to our email list, you will not receive important shipping notifications. Please make sure to check your junk, promotions, or spam folder if you havven't received correspondance from us and you should have.

-Large items like appliances, furniture, or large grouped lots cannot be shipped at a reasonable rate. Do not bid if you cannot pick up such items.

-Any lots that cannot fit in a 24x24x36 box or anything over 80 lbs will require oversize shipping charges or freight charges.

-We start shipping items the Monday following the close of the sale. If you haven’t received tracking information by Wednesday please check your email, it’s likely we’ve contacted you. Or, please contact us at this time.

-A second charge for shipping will be made to your card on file once the package is prepared.

WITHDRAWAL. CBC/NOCOC reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction prior to sale.

PROTESTS, DISPUTES AND THE AUCTIONEER. CBC/NOCOC reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder, acknowledged by the sale company, will be the purchaser. The sale company  shall have sole and final discretion as to the disposition of any dispute including the re-offer and resale of any article in dispute. CBC/NOCOC records will be deemed conclusive in all respects in the event there is any dispute after the sale.

GUARANTEE. All property offered for sale is as is, where is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. CBC/NOCOC does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Descriptions in the catalog are opinion. They are written as an aid to potential bidders.CBC/NOCOC acknowledges that there may be errors in the descriptions.CBC/NOCOC strongly recommends that you research any item you bid on or have an acknowledged expert research the item. CBC/NOCOC will have no obligation, i.e., no refunds or returns will be accepted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS. NEITHER CLASSICS BY CASS/NORTHERN COLORADO CONSIGNMENTS NOR THE CONSIGNOR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY OR AS TO THE CORRECTNESS OF DESCRIPTION, GENUINENESS OF ANY ITEM. THE PURCHASER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL CLASSICS BY CASS/NORTHERN COLORADO CONSIGNMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE PICK UP DATE SPECIFIED. ITEMS NOT REMOVED BY DATE PROVIDED WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT ANY REFUND. CBC/NOCOC WILL NOT STORE OR HAUL YOUR ITEMS
 

Winning Bidders are solely responsible for removal of all items. NO ASSISTANCE OR EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR LOADING.
