Item I bought did not work. I understand its not the fault of the auctioneer but it would have been very simple for someone to check before listing. Most other auctioneers do but apparently this one does not

We do test all electrical items as stated in the main auction description. Please always feel free to contact us to work towards a resolution when a problem occurs. You rated our seller responsiveness at 3 stars but we have never been contacted by you. I reviewed our emails and phone records and you never have tried contacting us. I am sorry that whatever it is you purchased is not working and we would like to hear from you.
