I really wish they would at least plug stuff in that only takes a second and list as tested or not working. This was my first auction and the descriptions were blank so assumed fine. 2 items were not working at all and should have been discarded instead of sold. Likely won't buy from them again unless they do. Other companies do a much better job of that.

This auction had great variety. Many unpackaged coins that were quite unique. I ended up buying some coins for myself and some things to hang outside like thermometers for the wife , it was a win. The people were so kind and caring....

I was a little disappointed on the map of the US quarters only to find out that almost half the quarters were replaced with just normal quarters. The ones replaced weren't a S mint mark and not the same mint state. Your close up picture shows them as MS70 but the replaced ones have scratches and not the same mirror finish. This isn't the way to do business or learn what your selling. Or you need to show a close up of ALL OF THE MAP Anyone who knows what they are looking at could tell difference. The pic of entire map they look different than what was received. If I buy from you again I'll be a little weary of the items. Others have said they need to be more detailed about what they sell. These were mailed so I couldn't pick up

As stated to you in our email communication there is now way that any quarters from this item were replaced. We are a small family run business and the executor of the estate and ourselves were the only individuals with access to this estate property. Your item was photographed and placed into inventory where it remained until we moved the item offsite for packaging with all of the other shipping orders from this auction. We value honesty and integrity and your accusation that we would jeopardize our company or our morals over a $27 item is ludicrous. We would not jeopardize our morals over a MILLION dollars. There is currency which in the end is useless and then there is spiritual currency which is all that matters! As stated in our email communication we would like for you to send us a picture so we can review it to our original picture and we have offered you the resolution of sending us back the state map of quarters so we may refund the price of the item you are unhappy with in full.

Needed to have better description of items. Many had no additional information at all that a buyer needs to make a bid decision.

You also gave us a 3 star review regarding the pick up experience for this auction yet the pick up date has not even happened yet. We work incredibly hard to organize items into winning bidders lots to ensure that the pick up day goes smooth and easy with limited wait time for our customers. Terms & Conditions

Local pick up: I agree to the pick up date and time. I agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if I do not make the pick up time. I agree to pay a $15 flat fee for late arrival if I arrive after the scheduled pick up time. We may or may not be available after the pick up time has ended so please arrive on time. There will be no pick up possibility after the scheduled pick up date and time have ended.
Labor MAY or MAY NOT be available to help you carry your heavy items like furniture, so please plan accordingly. If we are available to help please realize that our staff may be busy helping other customers and you may have to wait until we have the time to assist you. A damage waiver will need to be filled out prior to our assisting and a charge of $10 per staff member utilized will be applicable. We recommend that you arrive with your own labor to move furniture and other heavy items as we MAY or MAY NOT be available to assist.
Shipping: Shipping cost is the price of postage for USPS or UPS plus a $5 or $15 handling fee. We will consolidate as many items into one box as possible. Breakable items (Glassware, etc.) may require their own box to ensure protection.  Shipping items must be listed as Shipping Available. Do not bid on items you intend to have shipped that are not listed as such. No refunds will be given on an item that has been requested for shipping but is not listed as Shipping Available. If an item is not listed for shipping and you wish to request shipping please contact us to discuss. Any and all damage done in shipping is covered up to $100 insurance through either UPS or USPS and claim is to be made through them. NoCo Estate Sales is not liable for damages done through shipping.
Items in our auctions are AS IS. Please utilize the pictures as part of the item description. If an item is electric or battery powered it has been tested before being listed in the auction unless it states not tested in the item description. If you have a question regarding an item feel free to contact us.
Abandoned furniture items or any item furniture sized that is not picked up shall be charged a $25-$75 fee per item not picked up depending on size. We are required to move out any purchased items from the sale that are not picked up. This fee will be assessed and charged to your credit card you have on file if you abandon and do not pick up the furniture items you have purchased.

* If a pick up is missed and if your item is still available then in some instances we may agree to bring your item/items to another pick up date and location. There is a $15 to $25 fee depending on size of your order for the storage of and transportation of your item/items. We will not store or transport larger items like furniture.
