Quick Facts:• Shipping: We charge a flat shipping rate of $8 for 1-2 Lots; $10 for 3–5 lots, $20 for 6–20 lots, and typically $25 for shipments of more than 20 lots. We never charge extra for shipping supplies, packaging, or handling, as these costs are fully covered by the buyer premium.
• This is a SHIPPING ONLY auction — NO local pickup.

• Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We ship all won lots to the address listed on the invoice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their address; we do not independently check or confirm addresses.
If you need to make any address changes, please email sheriluxi@gmail.com within 24 hours of the auction ending. We process all orders within 24 hours, and this is the only window available for address corrections. Once your package is dropped off at the local postal office, it is out of our control and no further changes can be made.
If you would like to purchase shipping insurance to cover loss, theft, or damage, please contact us via message or at sheriluxi@gmail.com within 24 hours of the auction ending.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail, or for issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Important: Shipping Policy & Requirements (must be completed to receive shipment)
1. After the auction closes, email at sheriluxi@gmail.com with your full name and full mailing address.
2. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the auction for your invoice. Once payment clears, we will process your package and email tracking. Tracking emails generally go out when labels are printed (usually ~2-3 business days after auction close).
3. Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We ship all won lots to the address listed on the invoice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their address; we do not independently check or confirm addresses.

5. We need your email (Auction Ninja doesn't share it with us) to send your tracking info for your package. If we have your email address, you will receive tracking automatically from the shipping software when your label is printed. Tracking emails will be sent approximately 5 business days after the close of the auction and may be routed to your spam folder — please check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
6. Winning bidders: Please verify your shipping address by emailing sheriluxi@gmail.com — doing so will expedite your shipping. Failure to verify your shipping address with us will delay your shipment.
7. Shipping timeline: Once payment for the invoice has been received by our bank (typically 2–3 business days), your package will be dispatched and tracking information forwarded to the email address on file.
8. Invoice totals of $400 or more require a valid photo ID that matches the invoice address, please emailed to sheriluxi@gmail.com before shipping.
9. If no payment is received and the shipping address is not confirmed within 5 days of auction close, items may be forfeited.
10. Processing time: Please allow 2–3 business days for shipping after payment clears (bank processing can take 1–2 business days). We’ll forward tracking to the email on file when the label is printed. If you are a first-time winner, please email sheriluxi@gmail.com to confirm shipping details.

Condition, Returns & Disclaimers (Please Read Carefully)
ALL AUCTION ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” Please ask any questions prior to bidding — all items are sold as-is and are not returnable or refundable.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or condition notes does not imply that a lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are antique, vintage, or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, including possible repairs, damage, or alterations. The final judgment as to condition and value is ultimately up to the BIDDER.
We will always share our best opinion about items, but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding. Photos are an integral part of the description — examine them carefully.
Every item is uncertified unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an item is described as silver or gold, it has been tested or marked as noted; however, we cannot guarantee stone origin (lab-created, enhanced, etc.).

Liability & Shipping Loss
• After items leave our possession, the buyer assumes responsibility. We will provide tracking numbers; any loss or damage after shipment must be handled with the carrier.
• We recycle packing materials and boxes to help keep costs down.

Payment, Tax & ID Requirements
• Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final price and charged to the credit/debit card on file at auction close. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.

• Tax-exempt bidders: Tax exemption must be set up through the Auction Ninja website prior to bidding.

*This is a shipping-only auction. All winning items are combined and shipped after the final auction closes. Everything is invoiced together and shipped under a single shipping charge.

*We always use the cheapest shipping option available, which may be USPS, UPS, or any other carrier, and we never charge for shipping materials, packaging, or handling, as those costs are already covered by the buyer’s premium.
*Shipping is billed to the card on file within 2–3 business days after your invoice is paid. It will appear as a separate charge from “Nicole Sherwood Decor Estate Sale” (listed as “Misc Fee” or “Shipping Fee” on your invoice). Tracking will be emailed once your shipping label is printed (if you provide your email address, as AuctionNinja does not automatically share it).
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before registering. Buyers are responsible for any reshipment costs resulting from incorrect addresses or returned packages.
