Contacted me via email letting me know they will be listing an Engelhard PROOF silver round. When no one else bid on it and I got it for a really good price they refused to ship it and said they didn't have it and tried to give me a common issue silver round instead. Very shady company who doesn't stand by their auctions if the price isn't to their liking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE!!!

Picking up was fun and easy. The owner is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the coin industry. He was kind enough to answer all of my questions. He also showed me what to look out for with counterfeit products. He had them on display to inform customers. His shop is full of all sorts of coins and accessories.
