Never received the item and it stated it was gonna be shipped to me then after winning it I received an email stating I had to pick it up. I never got a notification or text with the new information change or where I needed to pick up my winning. I also reached out and never received a response back from the seller or auction ninja themselves

i just need them to ship it..i paid for the shipping I thought and i need the tracking number i realise people go on vacation but people have to follow through and send the thing

The agent didn't provide enough info on the list. It has been through several phone calls, text messages and emails to get the info I wanted. After winning the item, we went to pick up our item. I informed the agent our ETA. However. when we got there, there was only a contractor on the site and he didn't even know we were coming. So we were really confused what was going on. Anyhow, we finally saw our item. It landed on the outside without any protection and one bulb broken already (on the picture all the bulbs were good). So overall it was not a pleasant experience.

We appreciate your review, however you didn't ask any questions about the item. You made us go back and forth taking measurements for you for another item which you didn't purchase. This item you bought was as described. You changed the pickup time 3 times and it's our fault that we were nice enough to accommodate you and your rude partner. You got there after your scheduled time that you agreed on. There was no confusion, your item was outside waiting for you. You're probably one of the worst customers we have. It's a home renovation... did you expect the item to be brand new for what you paid for? Please next time, read the description before bidding on people's stuff. I hope you the best. Thank you!
