Please bring your own packing materials. We are not responsible for damage of items once you take possession.

Large/ heavy item purchases, YOU MUST bring help, tools, or what will be needed to remove and load your items. Monster Estate Sales will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items.

MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES! We take the health of our AUCTION WINNERS and staff very seriously. We thank you all for your consideration and cooperation during this pickup.

Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. There are NO exceptions.

Full pickup address will be provided via email to winning bidders.

If you would like an item shipped please let us know prior to pickup time. We can ship most items. Monster Estate Sales inc. Is not responsible for damage during shipment. It is recommended that fragile items be picked up in person. Shipping charges are in addition to all auction charges. A shipping invoice will be emailed to you through Paypal. No items will be shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more then you expected. Shipping invoices must be paid within 72 hours or your items will be forfeited. Purchases under $50.00 will have a $10.00 surcharge in addition to shipping.
