Important Note: If your vehicle if larger than the maximum height of 7’2” you MUST park at the Loading Dock. Please notify us if you are coming with a vehicle Higher than 7’2” for instructions. The entrance to the Loading Dock is off of N Water Street. Follow the signage and it will bring you around the side of the building parallel to I-95. You will be greeted by one of our staff for further instructions. Do NOT enter the loading dock without our staff.
Due to parking & traffic constraints, your Pick-up Time is designated by Last Name: A-M 8:00m-10:00am and N-Z 10:0am-12pm.
Please allot for ample time and adhere to the designated pick-up times.
Please be patient and courteous to our staff and others during the pick-up process.
UPS SHIPPING and SUGGESTED LOCAL DELIVERY options are available. Please see our website at www.moderndayauctions.com for shipping request form and suggested delivery options. UPS SHIPPING REQUEST FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND EMAILED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF PICKUP! WE WILL NOT SHIP WITHOUT A COMPLETED FORM ON FILE.
