All sales final, no credits or returns. Items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. We strongly encourage you to ask any questions prior to bidding and refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper and are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

PICKUP: Sat and Sun, Aug 22 and 23. From 9-5. NO EXCEPTIONS - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND

OUT OF STATE - Small items will be given to UPS store at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com with questions. Buyer pays all shipping costs. If you are buying furniture we can always provide trucking services for a delivery fee.

PLEASE MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF, STAFF AND ANY OTHER BIDDERS

All buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient help to move winning lots from curb into your vehicle which may include any proper equipment to load, pack and secure your purchases. You may be responsible for removal of larger items from the house. Please bring your own pen for signatures.
