NOTE: Stuart Krentcil was a North Shore of Boston Photographer with a gallery in The Western Avenue Lofts of Lowell MA. Krentcil was the special events photographer for the Museum of Science in Boston throughout the 90's. His "Vietnam Trilogy" photo show was on display at West Point, The University of Hartford and is now in the permanent collection of the Military Museum at the College of William and Mary. A Vietnam Veteran himself, he was responsible for the photography for HBO and their "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans" concert over July 4th, 1987. World famous explorers Barbara and Bradford Washburn were both great admirers of his work, with Bradford commenting that Krentcil was his "Second favorite landscape photographer after Ansel Adams."
