SPECIAL PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

PICKUP: Address will be given with invoice. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE - NEED LOCAL DELIVERY? PLEASE EMAIL mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com.

If you are buying furniture we can always provide trucking services for a delivery fee.

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT.
