Great experience. The piece was as factual and as described. I called on pick up day with a question and Jy answered right away. He had the answer to my question and was very helpful.

Good auction

Would not recommend this auctioneer, they treat your items poorly if they have to store it and have short turn around time from when the bid ends to when pick up happens to allow enough time to make arrangements. I have been going to auctions and taking part of online auctions for almost a decade and will be avoiding this auctioneer for future sales

Dear Karina, I am sorry that you feel this way. When doing these auctions we have a very limited time that we need to be out of the residence. We work as quickly as we can to satisfy both the seller and buyer. Our pick up terms are based on when all of the items need to be removed and when we need to be offsite. We do offer a delivery service and a transfer service back to Amesbury for a minimal charge. Our terms are very clear on pick up and delivery so that our buyers are well aware of our terms before bidding. If a sale is held at our location, our pick up times are much more accomodating. JMA

This was a lot of 56 music CD's- - -everyone had scratch marks and are in terrible condition- - -In future , the seller should be responsible to advise the condition of these items

I was a little disappointed to see when I picked up my ceramic pottery that several had chips and cracks that were NOT mentioned in the description, not only that they weren't mentioned but some of the chips actually looked like they were purposefully hidden (painted over). This could have been the seller and not the auctions fault but still, it left me a little upset as pottery values SIGNIFICANTLY decreases when it's broken. Unfortunately, a few of the pieces I bought are worth very little, and I wouldn't have purchased them if I had the information about breaks or had seen them in person.
