Worst experience ever on Auction Ninja ! I was sent my invoice at close of auction on March 11th. I had pre-arranged shipping with the auction house. I waiting an appropriate amount of days before calling again. Only to be told there would be a delay due to illness in the family. That seems like a lie as many people have received their items well into April.
Don't use this company unless you want your items 'Disappeared' !
One phone call from them. won't pick up the phone! Next step is B.B.B. if they continue to ignore my calls .

Good delivery. Product as described. Efficient operation

The item I received was broken at packing by UPS. The seller quickly responded to my concern and provided a refund. Will continue to shop with them for sure.

The pictures were deceptive and shame on me for not asking what was the actual length of the chain and the size of the pendant. The platform should require pictures with measurements and a ruler.
