Winning bidders will receive the pickup address via email, and are responsible for making sure that message can get through. Always check your spam folder.

Failure to pickup your item(s) during the contact window will result in the forfeiture of the item(s) without a refund.
Just a reminder We DO NOT:
- pack your items
- provide packing material or boxes
- provide moving assistance or lift heavy objects
- provide tools
- deliver your items
- coordinate with movers on your behalf
- provide help to unload your items at your house

Trilogy Estate Sales SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping must be requested by emailing info@trilogyestatesales.com within 24 hours AFTER you've won your item(s).
We will not assume shipping is needed if you are out-of-state, you must request it.
We ship priority mail and occasionally UPS. There will be a $10 handling fee added to the shipping costs. This will be invoiced outside of AuctionNinja via email using Square, within 4-7 business days of the auction close.
