Hid obvious damage to an item or was broken with a terrible repair after it was listed. No wonder it was wrapped and packed at pickup.

Amy, I’m sorry that you found damage to an item. I stood in the kitchen talking with you about the canisters while you packed up then signed off that you got all of your items/everything was to your satisfaction. I wish you would have brought up any issues at that time or called me rather than leave a negative review so many weeks after the pick-up. We NEVER HIDE DAMAGE OR IMPERFECTIONS. That’s not how we do business. Things may get missed because we are human and mistakes happen. Too bad you didn’t look around the kitchen to notice that we wrap EVERYTHING for everyone as a convenience…that’s how we do business.
