Games were missing that were listed. Seller did not verify what was on the outside of the case matched what was in the case. There were games swapped and wrong in cases those games were just missing. Horrible experience with this auction manager. When I explained it to him his answer was "I'm not a gamer" LAME EXCUSE!! Will never purchase from an auction with which he's a part of.

Worst experience ever. They have a 2 rating on Google. Trust Google. I only gave them a 1 because that is the lowest it would go. They need a 0 rating!

This woman showed up 1/2 hour after pickup time and then accused us of stealing her item, instead of calling and saying she was running late she expected the auction manager to return to the job to give her her item. I will leave it at that, if you can't read the auction terms, don't agree to them and don't bid on the auction. Thanks

The item was mailed and received, it was a week late which is our fault due to a bank hack into our business which caused the oversight.I am offended that you could immediately jump to saying this is a shady business. We have done over 330 auctions with THOUSANDS of transactions, your item is late and you jump right to thinking you are being screwed.Tells a lot about you. Have a nice life.

The ring I purchased was a fake and turned my finger green. The pick up experience was awful The lady had a little dog, would not start barking and jumping all over us, and all she did was scream at the dog to stop barking then she tried to sell me other jewelry that someone else didn't pick up but at a crazy price compared to what it sold for online a.k.a. a bracelet for three dollars online she wanted more than 30

The item was listed as 18KTE Men's Ring. I paid $100.00 for a piece of JUNK. Very miss leading! 18KTE looks like 18 karat gold. IT WAS NOT MARKET ELECTRO-PLATED. Which is even junkier than "Gold Filled"!

Aimee, We never said it was 18KT or thought is was. We very clearly marked it as 18KTE which the definition is : KTE = Karat Electroplate. This marking appears on "costume" jewelery made of inexpensive base metal (such as nickel alloy) which is then electroplated with gold of a particular karat signified by a number, perhaps 14 or 18. Thus, the marking might read 18KTE to legally divulge that the item is not solid gold, but an extremely thin layer of gold electroplated onto other, less costly metal. rnIf you had any questions we would have gladly answered them. We try to be very clear in our descriptions.

I was contacted days after the auction closed only to be told that 1 of 3 lots I purchased was "removed by the owner". Oddly enough it was the cheapest lot I purchased. The seller then discontinued engaging in conversation with me. I had to file complaints with Auction Ninja as well as the Massachusetts Division of Standards. I'd suggest checking Google Reviews of this seller prior to purchasing anything.
