The fine print……
1. Questions
All items are sold as shown. Any damage or incompleteness is noted, **to the best of our ability** and has been either described or photographed. Please read and examine photos thoroughly. All Items are sold as-is. No refunds, No chargebacks.
If you have concerns or questions, please email, text or call prior to one hour before the closing of the auction.
Due to space concerns, most auction lots are pre-packaged. Questions of exact unlisted measurements, or for additional photos, *May* not be possible… We’ll do the best we can… More time allows for better possibilities.
2. Shipping
Shipping is not available for this auction.
We plan to include it for future auctions.
Refunds will not be issued to winners who bid and expect shipping.
3. Pick-Up
When you commit to bidding on our auction. It is a commitment to purchase, pay for and pick up ALL of the items you have won.
Lots that require packing, have been pre-packed. We advise checking for completeness and / or damage before leaving the pick-up. Items returned as damaged post pick up will not be refunded.
You agree to pick up your items during the hours on the date listed.
Please bring help if needed and be sure your vehicle is capable of transporting all purchases.
Items not picked up, will be forfeit without refund or chargeback.
Auction lots partially picked up (leaving unwanted items behind) will incur a disposal fee.
Please plan ahead.
4. Problems?
As stated above, we do not offer refunds. Items are sold as-found. We expect and appreciate our buyers to be as responsible for their buying, as we are for our selling.
That said, issues do arise!!
We are not Ogres (usually) Have a problem? Feel free to call, text or email the auction manager within 3 days of auction close. We’ll do our best to resolve.
