Item was colored a little differently than in photos (much more yellow than pictured, had a couple dents I didn't expect, maybe from shipping?) but not enough to ask to send back or anything. Just a little surprised.

Rug was filthy and reeks of urine. Was listed as age appropriate wear, it is ruined and should not have been sold in this condition. Fraudulent listing,

Buyer never contacted us to fix this issue. Rug came from an assisted living residence. No animals allowed. Rug was perfect condition, clean and no smell. I still would have taken the return if she contacted me.
