I had an excellent experience with the auction process at Lucky Rabbit Estate Sales. Their detailed descriptions of each item were extremely informative and helpful. The pickup process was outstanding; everything was prepared and ready within minutes. All my lots were boxed and ready for transport. Herbie, a staff member, ensured that I received everything on my invoice. The entire staff was very pleasant and friendly. Lucky Rabbit Estate Sales has certainly earned a lifelong customer.

Disorganized pickup. No pickup appointments were made available. Lots were not sorted correctly, causing confusion and delays. Lack of staff helping people. Line of 15+ people waiting to pickup won items. The only frustrating auction pick up I've had.

This auction was first rate. The extraordinarily busy woman managing the site was very kind and helpful. The Lucky Rabbit site manager was always helpful and extremely patient as we waited and called for our trucking company. The auction was great and we went home with some very good furniture at an extraordinary price. Lucky Rabbit and their great people are highly recommended!
