As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please note that there will be no “In-Person Inspection” or Viewing for this auction. Please pay close attention to the lot description and review all pictures. If you have any questions about an item, please email beth@lovedandlisted.com

All items are sold as is, no warranty or guarantee is made as to condition.

Electronics have not been tested unless noted, no warranty or guarantee to their condition.

We do our best to show photos of chipped, scratched, damaged or torn items. The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is.

All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds are to be made.

PICKUP & REMOVAL is strictly enforced; if you cannot pick up your items by these terms, please DO NOT BID!

Buyer is responsible for pickup. All items must be picked up during the listed date(s) and times. Failure to pickup items during pickup times will result in a forfeiture of items, the highest bidder will be charged the full amount.

We will not have boxes or personnel to help with loading or packing.

Buyer shall indemnify Loved & Listed, LLC against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the pickup of items.

Loved & Listed, LLC, its owners, employees or agents reserve the right to bid on any auction.
