We ship all items using USPS or UPS - bid on multiple items to save - We will make every attempt to bundle all your items to reduce shipping costs.
We will have multiple auctions each month; usually with each auction covering one category of item (coins, comics, electronics...etc)
We will add items to each auction up to 3 days before auction end so keep checking back to see if there is something new!

All items will be shipped. We will make every attempt to bundle your items to save on shipping costs.
Shipping totals will be calculated at the end of each auction. If you have a ...view morechange of address, please simply go to your account on AuctionNinja and make that change, Liberty Estate Auctions is not responsible for information that is not up-to-date or incorrect on your account.
The cost for your items will be charged through your previously selected payment method when the auction ends.
Your shipping costs will be charged within 2 days as we weigh and package your items. Your items will be shipped within 3 business days of auction end.
Larger items may incur packaging charges but for the most part, you will not incur packaging charges. The shipping charge will be the same as it costs us to ship.
There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected; again, we do not add any costs to the shipping charges, this means we cannot lower the charge because this is what we are paying USPS/UPS.


Important: if you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button (located directly under the Upload Certificate Box) to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding! (or for new bidders when you set up your account.)
The auction begins to close at 5:15 PM (PT). Each auction lot will close 35 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.

Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.
All items are sold AS-IS. Please read descriptions and view photos to decide the condition/value for yourself - in the case of coins & collectibles; we are not professional graders - use your own judgement
A shipping invoice will be emailed to you - no items are shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more then you expected.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
