PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We strongly suggest you bring packing materials and additional help if needed. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle. Movers may be available at an additional cost however we cannot guarantee availability.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee nor should it be an expectation.
