Was very difficult to pick up my item. It got lost, then no contact. Had to demand pickup before I could get it.

Well... this is sadly correct. Not to sure about the "demand" but we did delay on bringing you your item. We request everyone that picks up to make an appointment and we are located in the center of Colchester in the Noel's plaza. (Not to hard to find... However we did offer to drop it off at your house for your convenience, but we completely forgot. (Brain fart on our part) I have no excuse for our utter failure what so ever... Please forgive us for our forgetfulness. I am so sorry. When you contacted us saying you could pick it up we realized then what happened but it was to late. Again, we apologize. I will refund the $1.20 you paid.
