I just purchased a bunch of things through Keene auctions and one of my favorite items I bid on, they uploaded the wrong photo to the auction website so when I went to pickup, I received the wrong item. I called them asking where the item is that I actually wanted and they said it was their mistake, they sold my item at a previous auction and accidentally uploaded the same photo onto the item I won. So there was no way I could get what it is I actually paid for. They told me I had two options, keep the item I bought or they would send me my money back and send me a return label to ship the item back to them. I said there's actually a third option, you could let me keep the item AND refund my money. It was only a $20 item, it's not like it was hundreds of dollars or anything. THEY are the ones who made the tragic mistake, wouldn't you think they'd do something like that to make up for it? Nope, no they would not, they refused. Boss man said he'd rather pay half the price of my item in shipping to have it sent back to him and give me my money back. Nice, good job boss man, much appreciated. So yeah, I wouldn't buy from Keene auctions again. You will bid on things you fall in love with and when you show up to pick them up, they will hand you the wrong item and tell you the item you actually bought has already been sold and is nowhere to be found. Love it.
