This Longmont Estate Auction is from a Pet & Smoke Free home. Load out will be on the first floor and is scheduled for pick-up in Longmont, CO, or Client arranged SHIPPING through Postal Express.

On-site Pickup: Pick-ups are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to make the process as fast and efficient as possible. To assist with efficiency we ask that larger items be Picked-Up the last hour of our pick up schedule or by appointment with Auction Manager.

Packing and Transportation: Please bring your own packing materials, tools, and equipment (e.g., vehicles, tie-downs, manpower). Packing materials and assistance may not be available onsite, so plan accordingly.

Homestead Estate Services is unable to move or store your items. All items must be collected during the designated pick-up times, unless prior arrangements are made with the Auction Manager prior to the pick-up schedule. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, your credit card on file may be charged for any removal fees incurred, and your bidding privileges may be revoked.
