Pickup address will be sent by email to all winning bidders.

On-site Pickup: Pick-ups are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to make the process as fast and efficient as possible. To assist with efficiency we ask that Larger items be Picked-Up between 4 p.m - 5 p.m or by prior appointment with Auction Manager.

Packing and Transportation: Please bring your own packing materials, tools, and equipment (e.g., vehicles, tie-downs, manpower). Packing materials and assistance may not be available onsite, so plan accordingly

Homestead Estate Services is unable to move or store your items. All items must be collected during the designated pick-up times, unless other arrangements are made with the Auction Manager prior to pick-up schedule. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. Additionally, your credit card on file may be charged for any removal fees incurred, and your bidding privileges may be revoked.
