Homestead Estate Services will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations to items. In the absence of these descriptions or conditions, bidders must not take this to imply that the item(s) is in perfect condition. Please refer to photos as part of the condition and description for each item(s). Most of the items we list are previously owned, and in used condition. Bidders should expect signs of wear consistent with age and are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.

Pick-ups are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. All winning Bidders are required to check in at the Clover Basin Storage office with your paid invoice prior to pick-up. We strive to make the process as fast and efficient as possible and ask all winning bidders to please bring your own packing materials, tools, and equipment (e.g., vehicles, tie-downs, manpower). Packing materials and assistance may not be available onsite, so plan accordingly. We DO NOT have movers on site to move your items.

Homestead Estate Services is unable to move or store purchased items. Bidders are responsible for removing all items during the scheduled pick‑up date(s). Failure to fulfill the pick‑up terms of this agreement will result in forfeiture of the items without refund.

All items must be collected during the designated pick‑up times unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction Manager before the scheduled pick‑up. Items not collected will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Additionally, your credit card on file may be charged for any applicable removal fees, and your bidding privileges may be revoked.
