I try to stop into Hewitt's physical location about once a week, and it's always worth the visit. The customer service is excellent, and the store itself is a great place to browse-there's always something new, interesting, and unique to discover. Their inventory turns over quickly, which keeps things exciting and gives you a reason to check back often. If I'm anywhere near the area, I make it a point to swing by.

This was my first time participating in one of their auctions, and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Everything was well organized, communication was clear, and pickup was easy. The subwoofer and speakers I purchased were exactly as described and worked perfectly.

ZERO response to my phone calls and texts until it was too late and then they still didn't address the issues. Voice mailbox full for days. Pickup times were incorrectly posted and not updated when I mentioned it, and I had to wait for an hour for them to arrive. Totally could have been avoided. I have had excellent service at ALL the other auction houses. Not sure I will revisit all that again....
