Great experience. I have purchased from this Auctioneer numerous times. They are always prepared for puck ups, kind and courteous. They respond quickly on emails and texts. My favorite Auctiineer.

Such a great and easy experience. I do a lot of online auctions and some are so unorganized. Hawk's Helpers is always on top of it when you show up. They are ready to go and make it so easy and fast. Love the whole experience with them and they have some great items!

I could not get back into the auction to bid on other items.I was able to bid on the items I already bidded on tho I could not return to the auction The other auction sites have a Return To Auction button Thank You

Their site had said if you message within a certain time frame after purchase they will ship - When I won the lot, the page then said NO SHIPPING? So I messaged them explaining I am not from Colorado, was just in the area visiting, but leaving before the pickup date. I offered to come early while still in town, and they said no we're on a different job site that day, so I responded asking about shipping (this was all the same day of purchase, so I think well within the time frame!) Their "NO SHIPPING" policy was not clear until AFTER purchase, feels very bait-and-switch at worst, disorganized at best. They just ignored my message, so I'm assuming won't ship and are just gunna keep my money (and apparently penalize me for it?! invoice says if not picked up, item is considered "abandoned" and bidding privileges will be revoked - Don't worry I don't plan on ever bidding with y'all or on this site again! Never had any problems like this on eBay.)
I'm fully prepared to pay extra for shipping (for Christ sakes, it's a little Garfield doll and two other very small toys! Not like it's an antique armoire!), but they just run away from communicating or trying to problem solve, so here I am in the reviews. I should've read the other reviews with shoppers who've had the same exact experience first and avoided them all together!

TL;DR: Don't know who Hawks' Helping, but it definitely isn't us. Poor customer service and clarity, so beware - if you have any hiccups caused by their surprise stipulations, they're gunna say nothing and just keep your money.

You asked us if you could come pick your items up a day earlier than pick up and we said no we aren't available. You never asked us to ship your items nor have we had any communication from you asking for shipping. You asked to pick your items up early and we weren't; available. Our pick up days are scheduled for a reason as we do have a very busy schedule. Because you wanted to pick your items up we were under the impression you lived here.

The male owner cursed me out and physically threatened me over a simple question about a piece I was picking up. Seems mentally unstable and frankly I should have called the police. One of the weirdest things I have experienced. Wife is amazing and always very helpful. Will be careful in the future if he is around or if I do business with them.
