This sale is being run out of an apartment located on the first floor. Winners will need to drive to the attendant and tell them you are here for a pickup. You can drive to the building and come to the apartment to pick up your winnings. Some bigger items will need to be taken to their freight elevator and taken down to a lower level where you can bring your car to pick up the item. Someone will show you the location of the elevator and where you can park your car.

****NO EXCEPTIONS**** - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL BIDDERS PICKING UP ITEMS
PLEASE MAINTAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET OF DISTANCE BETWEEN YOURSELF AND ANY OTHER BIDDERS
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN TO SIGN YOUR INVOICE
