None of the electronics have been recently thoroughly tested, used, and are sold as is. The owners of this estate have used most of the tools and electronics, and are believed to be in working order, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE SELLER. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS.
All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.
• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items.
• Shipping is not available with this Auction
Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.
All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS-IS. Please use photos as PRIMARY information for lot descriptions. Descriptions are to the best of our understanding, and NOT TO BE USED AS THE ABSOLUTE ITEM IDENTIFICATION NOR AS OFFICIAL VERIFIED DESCRIPTION. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While Harmony Road Estate Sales will do its best to list model names and numbers, observed damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition, nor a specific model or era. Most of the items Harmony Road Estate Sales sells are antique, vintage, or used. Please expect signs of wear consistent with age. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO CREDIT, OR EXCHANGES.

USPS Flat Rate shipping available for small items. Shipping cost & $20 Handling Fee per package applies, charged to your card on file. Send Shipping Request to Michael@HarmonyRoadEstates.com with "Shipping Request" in the subject line. Include your Account Name & address in your email.
For this auction pickup, please go to harmonyroadestates.com and clicking the link to the sign up sheets. There are 4 spots available for every 15 minute time slot, and by signing up, you will help us make the load out safer and more efficient. Please look at map and plan your travel times accordingly. If you do not sign up for a pick up time, plan to be patient, and we will get to you as the schedule allows.
PLEASE NOTE: This pick up is in a family neighborhood. Please look for the property driveway and park directly across the street, on the south side of the street so to not block neighbors. We will come to your vehicle and get your information, and you can wait in your car until your items are ready for loading. Please try to arrive during your scheduled time. Shipping Available For Select small items inc. jewelry, coins other smaller items. Only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service. Please email us at Michael@harmonyroadestates.com with "Shipping Request" in the subject line with your correct shipping address with your request to ship your items. PLEASE NOTE: Transport fee of $20 per small package applies IN ADDITION to postage, and will billed to your card on file at the point of shipping. Packages from this sale will be shipped at the beginning of next week through Wednesday.
* Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be cancelled.
* You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

When we could, we tried to include a tape in the photo for scale reference. Tape in photo for reference only, so the tape is not included in ANY of the lots. Please use your best judgement to assess the scale of items. We are not able to return all emails regarding lot dimensions or conditions.
