This property is located on the North west corner of Horsetooth Reservoir close to the state park entrance, and the driveway is steep and difficult to traverse. There is a level oil road right up to ...view morethe driveway, but the property itself will make loading big items difficult. As such, we ask that our furniture buyers signup on our website right after the auction to secure a pickup time, or sign up for delivery.

Please be mindful of the community and neighbors and park appropriately. Please also plan to be patient as we help locate your winning lots. We are a small family-owned and run company and pride ourselves on being kind and customer service-oriented. We ask that you treat all of our staff and all associated with patience and kindness.

Listings show all the information we have on the lots. Please understand there are hundreds of lots in this auction, and the photos are your best tool for understanding the lots. When we could, we tried to include a tape in the photo for scale reference. Tape in photo for reference only, so the tape is not included in ANY of the lots. Please use your best judgement to assess the scale of items. We are not able to return all emails regarding lot dimensions or conditions.

This auction features a wide variety of furniture and home decor items as well as every day household items, with some unique vintage and antique items throughout. The owner of this estate was a former technology professor, so many of the items in the sale are vintage technology related.

None of the electronics have been recently tested, used, and sold as is. The owners of this estate have used most of the tools and electronics, and are believed to be in working order, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED BY THE SELLER. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS.
All items are USED, and as such, show expected wear and patina for their age. Refer to photos for condition.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup. If you buy big items, please bring help to load. We cannot help load your heavy items, especially furniture and delicate items.
• Shipping is not available with this Auction

Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots.

NON-FURNITURE related pickup will be SUNDAY FROM 10 am to 1 pm ONLY PLEASE.

There is no shipping of items on this sale.

If you win lots THAT INCLUDE FURNITURE, we are asking you to
EITHER:
1. Sign up for a scheduled pickup time on SATURDAY by going to HarmonyRoadEstates.com and following the "Sign Up" link

OR

2. Choose to have your furniture items delivered (with your other purchased items) the week after the pickup for an additional fee ($100 delivery charge to your door, within 30 miles of Fort Collins, no mountain delivery please).
