We will ship items out within 14 days of the auction close date and automatically charge card on file for the shipping and handling.
Very rarely, but occasionally, upon pick up we discovered that a lot is missing, difficult to locate, or perhaps stolen. In the event that you travel to pick up your item(s), and we cannot locate them during pick up, if we suspect it has been given to the wrong client we will work diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your item is lost or stolen and we cannot give it to you at pick up, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible. We work hard to have organized sales and pick-ups, but occasionally this happens. Also, if you have been given the wrong lot at pick up, please reach out to us immediately to help us resolve it. We try to treat everyone as we would like to be treated, and odds are, the lot that you were supposed to get (with photographs and descriptions available) is probably still on site, which makes it relatively straightforward to deduce who may have the wrong lot. We still believe people are good in this world. We appreciate your understanding and patience in helping work to resolve any missing lots. In the event of accidental breakage by our staff of purchased items, we will offer a refund of the full purchase price as well as associated fees, and appreciate your understanding.

We are a small family-owned and run company and pride ourselves on being kind and customer service-oriented. We ask that you treat all of our staff and all associated with patience and kindness.
Listings show all the information we have on the lots. Please understand there are hundreds of lots in this auction, and the photos are your best tool for understanding the lots. DO NOT ASSUME ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS ARE INCLUDED OTHER THAT THE SPECIFIC ITEM LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOGRAPH.
When possible, we tried to include a tape in the photo for scale reference. Tape in photo for reference only, so the tape is not included in ANY of the lots. Please use your best judgement to assess the scale of items. We are not able to return all emails regarding lot dimensions or conditions.
In general, WE DO NOT TEST ELECTRONICS, we work with the estate to understand the condition of items and make every good faith attempt to only sell items that were working when last used depending on age and condition of item.
