seller agreed to ship items then never heard from them again been going on 3 weeks very poor service

This company never shipped my items, and their responsiveness was abysmal. They finally apologized and said they basically had dropped the ball but then never followed up on the items they were supposed to ship out. I called, emailed and texted numerous times and they just quit responding. Disappointed. I really was looking forward to receiving the items I had purchased.
